Location: Loveland, CO | Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Relations Specialist to be the cheerful, knowledgeable, and dependable voice for our amazing customers. You'll keep things running smoothly by checking in with clients, sharing new product info, suggesting add-ons, and supporting our awesome sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making friendly check-in calls to ensure customers are loving their experience with us
- Sharing the scoop on monthly promos, new products, and helpful add-ons
- Working closely with Sales and Customer Service to keep our customers happy and supported
- Handling important admin tasks like sending samples, tracking orders, and updating systems
- Keeping detailed notes so we can follow up like pros
- Helping out wherever needed to keep the sales team sharp and responsive
What You Bring to the Table:
- Clear, confident communication and active listening skills
- A courteous, professional, and always-positive approach to customer care
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new tools
- Super strong attention to detail and organizational mojo
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat

- Experience with NetSuite, CRM tools, or Shopify
- A background in customer service or sales support

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
