We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Merchandising & Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence and drive sales through strategic merchandising and digital marketing efforts. This role involves creating visually compelling vehicle listings, managing online inventory, and leveraging social media platforms to engage potential buyers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a keen eye for design, and experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
Vehicle Merchandising:
• Photograph and edit high-quality images of vehicles for online listings.
• Write compelling and accurate descriptions that highlight key features and selling points.
• Ensure all vehicle listings across multiple platforms (website, third-party marketplaces, social media) are up to date and optimized.
• Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to maintain accurate vehicle availability and pricing.
• Analyze listing performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote inventory, special promotions, and brand awareness.
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
• Create and edit short-form video content, reels, and live-streams showcasing vehicles and dealership promotions.
• Utilize paid advertising strategies (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to adjust marketing strategies and improve performance.
General Marketing & Branding:
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, email campaigns, and website content.
• Coordinate promotional events, giveaways, and community engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends and digital marketing best practices to enhance strategy.
Qualifications
• Experience in automotive marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong photography and videography skills, including basic editing knowledge.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketplace algorithms, and lead generation tactics.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design/editing tools.
• Familiarity with automotive inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of website management
