What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Administrator - THD position at Tuff Shed?
Based at our corporate headquarters in south Denver, we are seeking a Program Administrator as part of our Home Depot program. In this role, you will provide comprehensive data analysis for the Home Depot program, administer software programs and manage special projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with data management functions for the Home Depot program, tracking and resolving cost errors, plan-o-gram maintenance, Area Sales & Design Specialists (ASDS) and Selling Center Design Specialists (SCDS) area assignment updating and promo addendum management
Creates and distributes weekly analytics and reports for General/District Managers, regional and NSC management teams. Provides any additional data, data analysis, and reporting, as required by the VP THD Sales or other members of Tuff Shed’s management team.
Reviews and analyzes data in Salesforce, responsible for reporting data that can be presented to key stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
Provides ongoing support to THD Regional Sales Directors (RSD), including Salesforce and sales processes. Partners with field sales team, providing ongoing assistance, as required.
Implements projects assigned by the VP THD Sales, including performing the following tasks:
Defining project scope
Setting criteria for success
Creating an implementation plan
Completing task-on-plan on schedule
Reporting progress vs plan, and
Reporting results vs success criteria
Administers dotcom sales program and research issues, as required.
Administers THD Connect portal, including user management, maintenance, and other required functions.
Assists in the creation and maintaining of order forms, pricing lists, and other documents and tools used by Tuff Shed’s Call Center. Recommends and develops other documents and reporting methods, as the company’s needs change.
Acts as a point-of-contact for all wholesale-related questions.
Assists with the coordination of territory assignments and reassignments as requested by VP THD Sales and RSDs.
Performs all other essential duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proven, hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications required, including intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookup).
Proficient in the use of standard arithmetic and statistical formulas as they apply to analysis of sales performance. Must possess knowledge and experience in statistical reporting.
Experience in utilizing CRM software –Salesforce experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and produce results with minimal supervision.
Goal-oriented tenacity and advanced problem-solving skills.
Ability to solve business problems using sound logic and good judgment.
Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and in diagram form.
Ability to prepare written correspondence and reports which create a professional image for Tuff Shed.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, twist, bend and lift and/or move up to 15 pounds up to 50 feet.
Education:
High school diploma or requisite experience required
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred or requisite experience
