Tufts Medical Center and Tufts University School of Medicine , in Boston, Massachusetts, are seeking a Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead our specialty OB / GYN practices in Boston, Braintree, and Norwood as well as Hospitalists teams in Lowell and Boston. This Chief will play a pivotal leadership role in growing and shaping the strategy and operations of women’s health across Tufts Medicine. The Tufts Medical Center Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology reports directly to the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology.In this role, they will coordinate and collaborate with the leaders of the related services, supporting strategic imperatives of the academic mission within our system including basic and clinical research, undergraduate and graduate medical education, and faculty development.The Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology will promote the continual assessment of health equity, and partner with an administrative leadership dyad to establish strategies and tactics that ensure equitable access for all populations and communities to OB / GYN services at Tufts Medicine. The Division Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology will participate in the development of practices that focus on continuous quality improvement, efficient clinical delivery, and maximizing patient value.
