As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in an acute care setting and provide exceptional patient care. This is a per-diem position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting as a Physical Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
* Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss patient care and coordinate services
* Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current KY License as a Physical Therapist
* BLS certification
* 2 years of experience in an acute care setting as a Physical Therapist
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
