The backbone of the restaurant - dishwasher. A quality dishwasher is essential to speed of service, food safety, and happy guests. A dishwasher must be willing to help the team, as a whole, in any way possible.

The backbone of the restaurant - dishwasher. A quality dishwasher is essential to speed of service, food safety, and happy guests. A dishwasher must be willing to help the team, as a whole, in any way possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- washing/sanitation of dishes
- daily cleaning/maintenance of triple sink and automatic dishwasher
- sweeping/mopping of floors
- portioning of sauces/noodles as asked of kitchen staff
- taking out the trash throughout shifts and at the end of the night
- pressure washing
- organization of kitchen/store room
- putting up trucks
- grabbing items needed from upstairs
- communication of items needed to safely complete job responsibilities
- no previous kitchen experience required
- must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- teamwork & communication are a MUST
