What are the responsibilities and job description for the TC/CASINO HOST position at Tulalip Gaming Organization (TGO)?
JOB SUMMARY:
Works as a liaison between TGO and guest. Provides framework and resources needed to ensure hosted guest receive the best possible guest service and all their needs are met. Provides four-diamond guest service to continue to help set the TGO business apart from the rest of the casinos in the Pacific Northwest.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Ability to compose routine business correspondence, i.e., letters, memorandums, spreadsheets, etc. (Test required).
- Ability to answer all incoming phone calls in a professional manner. (Audition required)
- Must be able to type 25 wpm. (Test Required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience working with the public utilizing guest service skills.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working in a gaming hospitality environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to handle guest disputes.
- Will be responsible for providing excellent guest service to VIP's, and TGO team members.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
