JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures property and assets of the TGO are safeguarded. Monitors and tracks key operation, Proxy System, Handheld radios, and employee lockers within the TGO. Follows the Security Department’s Internal Controls, Standard Operational Procedures (S.O.P.), and TGO Policies and procedures.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
SKILLS:
- Must be skilled in writing concise and accurate reports and shift journals. (Test required)
- Must have knowledge of basic math principles. (Test required)
- Ability to type 20 wpm with accuracy. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with locks/keys tracking.
- Minimum one (1) year prior experience working with the public utilizing guest service skills.
- Minimum one (1) year work experience utilizing a computer and Microsoft programs, i.e., Word.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience working in a gaming environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with hand and power tools preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is considered "safety sensitive" and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing.
- Must possess a valid State Driver's License. *Out of state applicants hired will be required to obtain a Washington State Driver's License within 30-days from hire date.
- Must possess a clear driving record and meet the organizations insurance criteria.
- Must attend and successfully complete all mandatory training as outlined by Director of Security.
- Must adhere to strict confidentiality all departmental information both seen and/or heard.
- Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites i.e. The Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, holidays, and/or on-call 24-hours/7 days per week.
- Must have a successful employment history with The Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
