What are the responsibilities and job description for the TC/SUPERVISOR - ONE CLUB position at Tulalip Gaming Organization (TGO)?
Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in coordinating activities of ONE Club Representatives and assists in coordinating preferred player events, promotions, and other events.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
SKILLS:
- Ability to compose departmental and business correspondence, i.e. letters, memorandums, etc. (Test required)
- Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm. (Test required)
- Strong math and analytical skills with emphasis on researching, interpreting, and translating a variety of data. (Test required)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience working with the public utilizing guest service.
- Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a gaming industry.
- Minimum of one (1) year computer experience working with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
- Minimum of one (1) year recent experience working in a Player’s Club utilizing a Player Tracking System, preferably Bally Casino Market Place.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
- Must be able to handle guest and/or team member’s disputes.
- Must be flexible to work at all gaming sites, the Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Bingo.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
