The Senior Program Manager of the Master of Social Work (MSW) Program at Tulane School of Social Work (TUSSW) is a key position responsible for the management of the Master of Social Work program to ensure the quality and integrity of the MSW program and to promote student success at TUSSW. More specifically, this position plays a pivotal part in ensuring the program's adherence to accreditation standards, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and promoting the professional development of both students and faculty. The Program Manager focuses on the curriculum needs for the program as well as providing additional support and assistance to the School of Social Work faculty, staff, and students.

- In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards and procedures.
- Ability to process and easily reference policies and regulations.
- Ability to work with the Registrar Office and their databases.
- Working knowledge of standard computer software such as office suite, email, etc. and ability to learn and utilize new software.
- Ability to work evening and weekends during special events, as needed.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (or a related field) with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Master of Social Work from a CSWE accredited institution.
- 2 years of related experience in social work practice and / or higher education administration.
- Current licensure as a Social Worker.
