Location: New Orleans, LA
Summary
The Talent Management Specialist, Office of Advancement, is a professional position reporting to the Director of HR/Talent Management, Office of Advancement. The Talent Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the implementation of Talent Management initiatives within the Office of Advancement. This position will carry out the Advancement Onboarding/Upboarding programs; maintain the Talent Acquisition software programs; create reports, strategize and make recommendations on efficiencies in the core areas of Talent Management; and co-lead activities through the Advancement EDI Committee.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Excellent customer service and adaptability skills
• Ability to communicate, coordinate and interact professionally, courteously, and effectively with internal and external groups
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion in all duties
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills as well as flexibility, including the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to include SharePoint• Ability to provide visual components quickly and accurately for professional proposals and presentations
Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years’ direct or related experience.
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Recruiter Flow or similar software program
• Familiarity with Tulane’s HCM/EBS
Compensation Information
This position is classified as "null" and is assigned to pay grade 25.
