- Oversee the development and implementation of psychological services within PA DOC facilities
- Supervise postdoctoral residents and ensure they meet licensure requirements
- Collaborate with the Deputy Superintendent for Centralized Services to develop and implement new initiatives related to mental health services
- Participate in Clinical Review meetings, conduct thorough reviews, and submit detailed reports
- Chair the Psychiatric Review Team, coordinating psychiatric and psychological services for patients living with mental illnesses
