Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part- Time Receptionist for Tow Company. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for our customer while managing front desk operations. This role requires organizational skills, time management, and the ability to communicate effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we value diverse communication skills, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- No Previous experience in an office or front desk role is required.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to Handle
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as excel.
- Ability to work independently.
- Starting Rate is 17.00 this will be 1099 position
- Monday-Friday 8:30 to 1:30pm- No Weekend
