What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Tullahoma Gymnastics and Cheer?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who loves kids and loves people. This person will be responsible for answering phones, messages, and emails, while providing exceptional customer service. This person will report to the gym manager and assist with tasks related to marketing, events, and program management. The ideal person will be eager to learn and adapt to high-energy environments. Knowledge of Google Drive, Wix, and Canva are not required, but helpful.
The expected work load for this job is 2-3 days per week in the afternoon and evenings, totaling 12 to 20 hours per week!
Tasks:
1. Answer phones, emails and messages
2. Assist walk-in customers
3. Concessions during practices and classes
4. General cleaning and organization
5. Various functions of database and client management
6. Assisting new members with enrollment and class selection
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
