About the Job :
We are looking for a candidate with a sales experience in Generac generators. This position requires the ability to maintain a high percentage of closure rates. Must be friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to older customers.
Tulsa Generator Services is looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and customer service-oriented salesperson to join our team.
Position Overview :
The ideal candidate for this role should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a proven track record.
The job will have a base salary plus commissions.
The commissions will be based on a percentage of the sale.
The salesperson will be responsible for the correct design of the generator being offered.
The job also pays bonuses for the lesser discounts offered on sales.
Needs to understand Generator installation requirements and coding
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
All phone calls from pre-sales to after installs. We have to have 5-star reviews.
Camera usage and beginning of files for each job.
Being on time, a very important responsibility.
Qualifications :
Driver's License in OK.
High school degree or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Electrical knowledge
Plumbing Knowledge
