GENERAL SUMMARY
Rely on expertise, knowledge, and technical qualifications to interpret written industry and customer standards, specifications, regulations, and site restrictions. Recommend or initiate direct actions required to meet and comply with all requirements. Identify issues related to the progress and quality of work performed by others and make decisions and recommendations required to satisfactorily address situations that involve staff of customers, contractors, and company employees both on and off the jobsite.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- As-Built document maintenance and submission
- Clearance / Tie-in drafting
- Clearance / Tie-in Supervision
- Construction Support tasks : Material procurementRFI review and responseField MeetingsGas Service WalksConstruction issue review and resolutionSchedule updates
- Standard Review to become a Subject Matter Expert
- Travel to various jobsites within the greater Bay area which could include overnight stays
- Reliable personal transportation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Expected Salary Range $79 - $89 an hour
Candidates local to Santa Clara, CA preferred
