Position Summary : The Health Care Specialist supports the management of the Medicaid School Health Services (SHS) program. Assist with Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) oversight; coordinate claim documentation, reports, and tracking; submit and validate cost reporting; ensure Local Services Plan compliance; and provide support training and resources as necessary for the evolution of the program. Collaborate with the state agencies, and the national organization to strategize in maximizing revenue.
