Cheerful, friendly, and motivated front office coordinator needed 40 hours a week for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Tumwater, WA. Closing shift 9:00am-6:00pm, 1 hr lunch. Past experience working in medical reception desired. Job entails front office tasks related to answering phones, interacting with patients and their families, maintaining medical records, being responsible for the patient schedule, and working with medical insurances. Must enjoy a busy environment and be a self starter/task initiator. This person works on ensuring that patient visits are of the highest quality in all aspects with an emphasis on customer service. Applicant must be dependable and consistent, personable, and professional in appearance. This position requires a person with the ability to multitask and prioritize, attention to detail, ability to learn and retain information easily, a solid work ethic, and a high level of professionalism.
