Tundra Lodge Water Park and Conference Center is located 4 blocks from the Packer Stadium and houses Green Bay’s only indoor waterpark. We provide a variety of services to our patrons in our restaurants, meeting spaces, waterpark and suites. Description:
Tundra Lodge is currently accepting applications for a Housekeeping Inspector/Supervisor. This position is responsible for various tasks within guest suites, linen closets, and laundry room as well as assisting in overseeing the housekeeping staff. Our current need is 4-5 days a week with the workday starting at 7:00 am. Tundra Lodge is open 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect rooms cleaned by assigned housekeepers daily
- Maintain cleanliness standards established by the Bays Tundra Hospitality Corporation
- Conduct daily audits to track cleanliness of guest suites and housekeeper progress
- Communicate with manager and other departments on daily progress
- Serve in the most effective role possible
- Qualifications:
- Role Essentials:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, push, pull and bend for duration of shift
- Push 100 lbs., wheeled cart
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Bilingual
- Ability to effectively time manage with variable workloads and priorities
- Develop lasting experiences for our guests
- Demonstrate a team work mentality
Role Desirables:Reporting Relationships:You will report to a manager. This area is under the leadership of the Executive Housekeeper.
- High school diploma
- 1 years of housekeeping or direct customer service
- 1 years leadership experience
