Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong coordination, budgeting, and estimating skills, along with experience in exterior wall systems, floor coatings, and warehouse construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with field teams, labor force, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency
- Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents
- Handle project documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Conduct on-site job walks and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with estimators and field superintendents on schedules
- Act as a local representative in the Austin & San Antonio markets
