Job Overview:
Tungsten Parts Wyoming is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with employees at all levels and ensure HR processes align with the company’s objectives and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring completion of required documentation.
- Maintain and update job descriptions to accurately reflect position responsibilities.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefit options, enrollment, and eligibility.
- Work with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, and act as primary to time & attendance and payroll processing.
Compliance & Record-Keeping:
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in conducting audits and preparing reports related to compliance and HR metrics.
Performance Management & Training:
- Support the performance review process by coordinating evaluations and tracking employee development plans.
- Identify training needs and assist in developing and delivering training programs.
- Support managers in coaching employees and addressing performance concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
