Description
The Technical Systems Analyst will provide Tier 1 level technical support in the ticketing systems for all internal and external customers. This individual will assist in triaging the tickets (incidents, service requests and projects) in support of the sites within TurbineAero.
- This individual will be responding to the ticketing system (incidents, service requests and projects) in a timely manner based upon defined SLA metrics.
- The duties will include installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, and other peripheral
- Providing software engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms
- Participating in software development of internal projects across all phases of the design lifecycle from concept development to implementation and support test activities for existing applications
- Working cohesively on a multi-functional team with a wide diversity of technologies
- This position operates in a professional office/manufacturing environment.
- This is an on-site position (not hybrid or remote)
- This position will work 7am to 4pm (core office business hours)
- This role supports multiple locations: specifically – TAR, TET, TEC locations.
- This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cell phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.
- Sitting, light lifting of computer and periphery devices
- Regularly required to speak and hear requests via cell phone/TEAMS and in person.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, fingers, handle and feel parts or boxes, reach with hands and arms
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a PC/local area network support environment
- Strong technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral hardware devices
- · Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Office. MS-DOS, ERP Applications, communications software, virus protection and diagnostic software.
- · Ability to diagnose and resolve onsite and remote PC related computing problems.
- · Experience with Windows server, Active Directory, AV software and Helpdesk Software.
- · Experience with SQL Crystal Reports, SSRS and Global Software and at least one of the following programming languages: C/C , C#, and/or Python
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Experience in aerospace industry or related field
· Experience with network troubleshooting skills and gain experience over time
· Office 365 administration
