Description
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for all supplies and products that come in or leave the facility, including tracking and reporting inventory levels, performing audits and inspections, and managing the receipt and recording of new stock.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize various computer software programs (Epicor and Turbo-Trax) by entering data to initiate and complete services in relation to shipping, receiving, reworks, inspection, reports, and hours of operation for all major components.
- Count materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and ERP records.
- Distribute or stock merchandise.
- Receive and inventory stock.
- Ensure shop organization & cleanliness.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role preferred.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent reading, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Forklift experience is beneficial.

- Balancing; climbing up to 8 feet; crouching; feeling; manual dexterity; handling; hearing; kneeling; lifting; pulling; pushing; reaching arm’s length; standing; stooping; walking; visual acuity (visual perception of detail at distances close to the eyes, data and figures, computer terminal, visual inspection involving small defects and small parts.
