Role Summary/Purpose:
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for oversight and management of client and broker accounts as well as maintaining ongoing relationships to drive increased sales and retention rates of our personal insurance customers. Establishing working relationships with your defined agents that you run support services for and developing rapport with your consumers is paramount. We pride ourselves on having the best customer experience in the industry and that is carried out and executed through YOU. You are the backbone to the entire agency operations, and as such we are looking for the most talented individuals with a proven track record in a sales service role. This is a very dynamic, fast paced role, where you will be handling the real-time service needs of clients and focusing on the insurance renewals of existing clients, with the overall goal on keeping satisfaction and retention as high as possible.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client support activities for endorsements, questions, and accounting follow up for any outstanding items. OWN the relationships, real accountability comes with reward
- Build strong working relationships with clients and brokers to identify, understand and address opportunities for improving sales and account retention
- Work with clients to ensure a knowledge of the various programs, carriers, and successfully service and retain client accounts and policies
- Maintain knowledge and understanding for all Turbo’s product offerings, current rates, and compliance requirements to support the usage within the personal insurance market
- Act as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including sales, service, claims, management, and carrier products
- Maintain industry knowledge across all 50 states and with all carrier partners
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
- Ability to de-escalate client issues and problem solve quickly, conflict resolution specialist
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2 years of customer facing service experience in general
- ANY experience in account management experience specific to insurance is a PLUS
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance license within 60 days after hire OR already actively be licensed in Arizona
Desired Characteristics:
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- Insurance, financial services and sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Sales and Account management experience
- Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs
- Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
- Resourceful, creative and flexible
- Customer focused mind set with ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Nurturing mentality, personality
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once while using a system of processes and protocols to ensure a standard is kept

Compensation
- This position is a salaried, full-time role with a starting salary of $50,000 plus quarterly performance bonuses, OTE totaling $60k for first year. Career path to $100k possible in three years.
