Duties
- -OVERSEEING ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS,
- -HANDLING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES,
- -MAINTANING RECORDS,
- -PROCESSING TRANSACTIONS,
- -COORDINATING WITH SALES AND SERVICE TEAM,
- -MANAGING INVENTORY(INCLUDES TAKING PICTURES)
- -RUNNING OR PARTS AND SUPPLIES.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
