We are seeking an experience Business Systems Analyst to join our enterprise. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a high level of problem solving. The ideal candidate will have experience leading an ERP implementation, and is comfortable establishing standards, and guidelines for business processes. Duties & Responsibilities
- Project manager of ERP and other IT related projects, including: documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives, and formulating systems to meet business strategies;
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming the project ream, and establishing the project budget;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document both functional and technical requirements for enhancements or new ER system capabilities;
- Analyze current business processes related to the enterprise's operations (equipment sales, inventory manager, procurement, and service) to identify area for improvement or optimization within the ERP system;
- Work with the implementor and relevant business units to design and implement process improvements that streamline operations and align with business goals, ensuring the ERP system is used efficiently and effectively;
- Develop and recommend date management best practices and facilitate accurate reporting;
- Support the design and execution of test plans and test cases for new features or configurations;
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet the needs of the business;
- Develop training materials and sessions to ensure users across the departments are proficient in utilizing the ERP system;
- Provide ongoing training, education, and support for the ERP system and related IT needs;
- Meet regularly with MSP provider, IT advisory, and management to review ongoing IT projects;
- Lead subsequent Phase 2 ERP projects as and when applicable;
Qualifications, Competencies & Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Project Management, preferably within an equipment dealership, distribution, or equipment sales environment
- Experience with ERP system optimization, testing, and process documentation
- Experience managing small to mid-size IT projects preferably within ERP systems and/or business system applications
- Experience with large-scale ERP systems: preferably Infor CloudSuite Distribution
- Experience in Business Intelligence/Date Analytics, preferably Phocas BI
- Familiarity with the turf/golf irrigation equipment industry, a plus
- Analytical thinking, communication skills, ERP expertise, industry knowledge, technical acumen
- Able to lift, push, pull, up to 25 pounds
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Able to read and comprehend basic instruction
- Ale to organize and manage time to maintain control of tasks at hand
- Able to communicate well with others, including person to person, phone, email, and texting mediums
- Able to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to perform basic math and filing functions
- Able to work on multiple projects in starts and stops as information is received
- Able to think critically and solve problems and the root cause
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Work Environment
- This role will be located at one of three locations within the enterprise: Jessup, MD, West Chester, PA, or Branchburg, NJ. This role will require frequent travel to other facilities within NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, and VA.

Additional Pay Information
- This position will be eligible for a profit-sharing bonus after one full year of employment
