Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Google IT Support Certificate a plus, but not required.
Experience :
0-2 years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
1 years in a customer service related role.
Skills :
High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks efficiently
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
General Responsibilities :
Quickly respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat, or in person while maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices with minimal downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals with high attention to detail.
Efficiently manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory or other access management tools while ensuring data security and accuracy.
Set up and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless operation.
Provide precise technical support for data systems, tools, and processes, ensuring issues are resolved correctly the first time.
Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures to improve efficiency.
Assist with timely system updates, software rollouts, and IT infrastructure maintenance to minimize disruptions.
Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and tools, proactively applying new knowledge to enhance system performance.
