Lead Landscape Technician

What We Offer

· Hourly Pay: $18-$25 per hour

· Schedule: Full-time, year-round position

· Frequent over-time

· Occasional Saturday work required

· Paid Holiday after 6 months

Installation Technician Expectations

· Lead and work effectively with 2-man crews

· Execute complex landscape installations including irrigation, hardscape, retaining walls, and drainage to name a few

· Perform precise grading and leveling

· Read and implement project plans accurately

· Maintain quality standards throughout installation process

· Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

· Meet project deadlines consistently

· Maintain a professional work environment

Experience & Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of landscape installation experience required

· Proven expertise in grading and leveling a must

· Strong knowledge of various landscape materials and installation techniques

· Easily trainable

· Valid driver's license required

· Physical ability to perform demanding installation work

· Professional communication skills

· Experience with carpentry, welding, or irrigation a strong plus
