Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership :
Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for internal teams, leaders, and employeesDrive positive collaboration, communication, and business outcomesTalent Management and Development :Partner with the recruitment team to develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
Develop and implement targeted training programs to enhance skills and support career progressionProvide strategic oversight for performance management and career development initiativesEmployee Experience :Lead initiatives to build a positive company culture and enhance employee engagement
Resolve complex employee relations issues through conflict resolution and investigationsHR Operations and Compliance :Develop, continuously improve, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements
Partner with the team to design and deliver compliance training programs, including harassment prevention, ethics, and other regulatory requirementsOversee HR administration and documentationStay current with regulatory changes and evolving trends in HR and employment lawData-Driven Insights and Analytics :Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making
Assess team health and communicate actionable insights to stakeholdersDevelop and improve reporting capabilities for greater transparencyQualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partneringPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP certifications or equivalent experienceDeep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (including CA state laws)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications :
Experience in aerospace manufacturing or engineeringExperience working in a startup environmentMaster’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong data analysis skills for developing and implementing HR programsFamiliarity with HR analytics toolsDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionITAR Requirements :
