What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sushi Chef position at Turk's Seafood?
About us
Turk's Seafood was founded and opened in 1989 by the late Richard "Turk" Pasquill. Turk's started with three generations of family experience unloading and processing fresh seafood directly from the New Bedford waterfront. This fresh seafood is used everyday in our restaurant, sushi bar, and fish market. Through years of goodwill with business associates and life long connections in the commercial fishing community, Turk's has developed a "top of the trip" purchasing concept - buying products that are caught at the end of a fishing trip ensures the very freshest seafood. We have an indoor restaurant dining room, heated outdoor seating, and an in-house seafood market. Turk's also boasts a full bar offering a variety of beer, wine, sake, liquor, and signature drinks.
