Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a smile to make them feel welcome and appreciated.
- Operate the register efficiently and effectively to minimize wait times for our guests.
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of our location, ensuring stock levels are adequate and our food service area is spotless.
- Assist with food service operations, including food preparation and safety, to provide a consistent guest experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Restaurant General Manager.
- You must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Working Relationships: You'll work closely with Clerks, Team Members, Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, Restaurant General Managers, District Managers, Brand Managers, and various Corporate personnel and vendors.

Preferred Experience: 3-6 months of restaurant experience
Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus, but not required – it depends on the location and jurisdiction.

Scheduling: This part-time and full-time position involves working a variety of hours, day and night, depending on the location's needs. Weekend and holiday hours are required.
Hours & Conditions: Part-time (up to 29 hours), Full-time (30-40 hours). The number of days you need to work may vary.

Physical Requirements: You should be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 40 pounds occasionally. You should be able to stand or walk for 8 hours a day, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, reach, grasp, and grip, and work in a cooler with cold temperatures. The noise level in our work environment is usually moderate.
Other: Specialized attire is required in food establishments. Slip-resistant footwear and brand-assigned attire are also required.
Wage: $14.25-$16.25 per hour
