Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including general ledger reconciliation, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software, such as Paychex, and possess a strong understanding of financial concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process payroll using Paychex
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed
- Assist the Rental Department during peak times
Experience:
- Previous experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Ability to learn to use our accounting software (Rent Manager) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with payroll processing systems

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
