Roles, responsibilities and required skills
- Develops systems and bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintain and balance general ledger
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills – create filing systems digital and hardcopy
- Ethical standards and professionalism
- Computer and technology skills
- Ability to multitask
- Travel between offices in Azusa, West Covina (headquarters) and Irvine may be necessary once a week to once a month depending on the requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- College Degree with emphasis on Accounting or Business preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills
- Clean driver’s license
- Experience with Quick Books Online
- Finance background
Additional Notes
A background check, including drug testing, is required for successful employment.
$25-$35/hr depending on experience and qualification.
