Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling to generate leads and establish new client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value of our software solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the technical sales team to ensure seamless integration of products for clients.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Able to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization; as well as the ability to negotiate with suppliers.
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are both critical for this position. Will be expected to complete assignments and tasks with both thoroughness and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deal effectively with conflicting priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to complete job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three years of inside sales experience preferred.
- Metal industry experience preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
