At turn we don’t just make cannabis products, we build flavor narratives. Our vapes don’t taste like generic carts, they taste like midnight drives with the windows down, like nostalgia with a spark, like what you actually want from your sesh.

We operate under the ethos of "it's your turn," a slogan that captures our belief in transformation and opportunity, whether it's a verb to signify change or a noun representing a chance to make an impact. Our R D lab is brewing up the next wave of functional and non-alc bevs, all while our craft beers and seltzers are already making noise in the market.

Your Mission

• Blend: Formulate terpene profiles for our expanding lineup—distillate, CDT, live resin, rosin, botanical.
• Lead: Run monthly sensory panels with the team and tastemakers. Capture what hits and what misses.
• Drop: Concept and create flavors for our seasonal vape drops and collabs. Flavor drops with meaning.
• Translate: Work with our co-packers to turn your lab work into production-ready greatness.
• Document: Keep that notebook clean. We move fast, but we play compliant.

What You Bring

• A degree in food science, chemistry, biochem, or you’re just really f**ing good*.
• 1 year in cannabis or food/bev formulation. You get flavor.
• Experience working with botanical terps and understanding their behavior in different oils.
• Obsessed with cannabis culture and flavor trends (you probably have screenshots of cool ideas already).

Bonus

• You’ve launched vape SKUs or built a line from scratch.
• Familiar with COAs, METRC, and all that behind-the-scenes regulatory wizardry.
• Passion for product storytelling. You care about why a flavor hits.
