Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Ability to walk on even and uneven surfaces.
- Ability to wear PPE including fire retardant clothing, hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirator.
- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
- Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Turnaround Instrumentation and Electrical Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed Instrumentation and Electrical turnaround work plans and timelines.
- Work closely with the maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure all tasks are planned effectively and efficiently thru field and computer-based planning.
- Review and ensure accuracy of Instrumentation and Electrical equipment data, ensuring that spare parts, work groups, and tools are identified and available prior to work execution.
- Coordinate with Turn 2 operations and customer to ensure the safe execution of turnaround activities, managing constraints such as resources, safety, and timelines.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure all turnaround activities comply with safety, environmental regulations, and permitting requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Instrumentation and Electrical Planner or in a similar role, specifically in turnarounds or plant maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation and Electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Familiarity with turnaround safety and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Instrumentation and Electrical activities and be able to plan or work with I/E personnel to complete the job plan.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar industry (e.g., oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities).

- Company Truck (Must have good MVR)
Salary : $80,000 - $150,000
