A large client of ours, a financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization. Candidates must complete a 4-6 week training program at the Hunt Valley, MD office. After training, the position will be fully remote. Candidates need to be able to start on March 10th and starting compensation is $15.50 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from clients about their loan status
- Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
