What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Recruiting Coordinator position at Turn2Partners?
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistical support for On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) and summer associate programs
- Manage candidate communications and coordination throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and manage calendars for attorneys and candidates
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, including invitations, resumes, evaluation forms, and packets
- Collaborate with attorneys to assemble offer packets
- Submit and track travel expenses in coordination with the accounting department
- Assist with Recruiting Committee operations, including scheduling and organizing bi-weekly meetings
- Offer general support to the Talent Team during off-peak periods, including scheduling and ad hoc projects
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a law firm is required
- Background in legal recruiting or HR within a legal environment required
- Ability to quickly adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
- Open to candidates with a legal assistant background and transferable skills
- 1–2 years of experience supporting legal recruiting, ideally at a Specialist level
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with LawCruit or other legal applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Salary : $26 - $34
