About the Role:
The Admissions Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our educational institution by overseeing the admissions process and ensuring that we attract and enroll a diverse and talented student body. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the institution's goals. The Admissions Leader will collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall student experience from the initial inquiry to enrollment. By analyzing data and trends, this role will drive continuous improvement in admissions practices and policies. Ultimately, the Admissions Leader will contribute to the institution's mission by fostering an inclusive environment that supports student success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in admissions or enrollment management within an educational setting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping students achieve their goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit & Enroll Students – Conduct outreach to prospective students, explain program offerings, and guide them through the admissions process.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service – Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring prospective students have all necessary information.
- Admissions Counseling – Assess student interests, career goals, and qualifications to determine program fit and readiness.
- Campus Tours & Events – Conduct campus tours, host open houses, and attend recruitment events to showcase the school’s programs and facilities.
- Application Processing – Assist students with application completion, document submission, and financial aid referrals as needed.
- Achieve Enrollment Goals – Work towards meeting individual and team enrollment targets while maintaining compliance with school policies and accreditation standards.
- Follow-Up & Retention – Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and enrolled students to ensure a smooth transition into school.
- Collaborate with academic departments and marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials.
- Representation- Represent the institution at various recruitment events, including college fairs and open houses.
