Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Engagement Manager to join our team. At Turnberry our Client Engagement Managers are key business partners in our sales function. They are integral in helping foster client relationships and work as part of a sales team that supports the expansion of existing accounts and new business to achieve revenue growth. They help screen, select, and match candidates to opportunities at their assigned client(s), help write client submittals, prep candidates for interviews, build dashboards to track consultants' performance and candidates pipeline life cycle. The Client Engagement Manager for the Comcast Account is responsible for all consultant care across each team and project.
Responsibilities:
Improve average win rate for requirements with a score of 35 or greater by selecting candidates who are the best fit for the client role and develop an ideal profile for consultants at assigned client(s)
Build dashboards, KPI, and reports to track consultant population and performance
Use Salesforce to track candidates pipeline life cycle
Accelerate ramp-up time for new consultants by delivering client-specific onboarding and act as a SME point of contact for assigned client(s)
Increase sales effectiveness of CEDs on assigned sales team by freeing up time they are currently spending on candidate 2nd screens, writing submittals, and providing interview prep
Help build consultant communities within assigned client(s), sharing pertinent information across consultant base at those clients
Qualifications:
Master's degree in MIS, Business Analytics, or closely related, and six months relevant experience, or in the alternative, a bachelor's degree in the same and two years relevant experience
Relevant experience must be as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Jr. Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, Project/Delivery Manager or closely related, including experience in the following: a) account management or project delivery experience; b) developing and maintaining databases and data systems; c) using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Data Studio and Tableau; d) Salesforce experience to extract and manage data and prepare dashboards; e) SQL experience for data querying and reporting for large data sets, and f) Python frameworks
All experience can be gained concurrently, before, or after the degree earned
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 or the hourly equivalent.
