Responsibilities
- Lab Testing Program Administration:
- Manage administrative tasks associated with a lab testing program involving six labs and 24 active studies
- Ensure contracts are in place, materials are received, and blockers are resolved
- Maintain clear documentation and track study progress
- Environmental Impact Tool - Enhancements and Deployment:
- Lead the day-to-day management of a high-profile program to develop and roll out a tool evaluating product environmental impact
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met
- Work closely with offshore development teams to create and maintain dashboards and project plans
- Prepare for future program enhancements, including requirements gathering and development handoffs
- Oversee technical enhancement developments, hypercare periods post-launch, and change management activities
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Conduct weekly status updates and present them to stakeholders
- Build confidence within the team by tracking and reporting on all activities
- Support the development of content creation of program communications as needed
- Experience: Mid-level project management experience with a track record of running large programs or initiatives
- Technical Skills: Exposure to Agile methodologies, SDLC, or tech project management is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, including presentation skills
- Confidence to take charge of meetings, manage stakeholders, and enforce accountability
- Ability to ask critical questions early and get up to speed quickly
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- Must be located in EST
- Assertive, proactive, and willing to "chase things down" to maintain momentum
- Background in R&D or sustainability
- Familiarity with scientific concepts or terminology

Salary : $80,000 - $160,000
