Job Description:
Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, guests, and property while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure security compliance.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Assist residents, guests, and staff with security-related concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate security logs and reports.
- Enforce property policies and procedures professionally.
Requirements:
- Prior security experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and observational skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid security license (if required by state law).
