About the Role
Turnberry Ocean Colony is seeking experienced servers for two exclusive events at our Ocean Cabana:
- Passover Dinner – April 12, 2025 (3 PM – 10 PM)
- Easter Brunch – April 20, 2025 (10 AM – 5 PM)
This is a great opportunity for skilled hospitality professionals to work in a luxury setting, providing top-tier service to high-end clientele.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional tableside service, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Anticipate guests' needs and handle special requests with professionalism.
- Follow event timing, menu details, and service etiquette.
- Work closely with the kitchen and event team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in upscale dining or event service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
- Must be available for both event dates (April 12 & April 20).
