Turner Specialty Services (TSS) is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in dewatering services with experience/knowledge in the following areas:

- Dredging
- Centrifuge Dewatering

- Geotube Dewatering
- Wastewater Treatment
- Dewatering Polymers
- Coagulant Treatment
- Lime & Fly Ash Solidification
- Tank Cleaning
- Estimating
- Personnel Management
- Project Management
- Invoicing
- Proposal Developement
- P&L Reviews
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma, College Degree is preferred
- Professional writing skills
- Estimating and proposal development experience is preferred
- 10 years of experience in wastewater and dewatering services
- Project Management experience
- Personnel Management
- Client Relations
- Safe Work Practices
- Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Industries Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
- Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace
Functional Requirements:
Responsible for multiple job sites/projects; manage personnel and site leadership at assigned sites/projects; manage paperwork, invoicing, expenses, and management reports related to the assigned sites/projects; site/project visits to maintain relationships, meet with the client, attend meetings, review work performance; some travel may be required periodically to visit out of town clients; help with estimating and proposal development on dewatering RFP's to help secure future work and grow the business; perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

Physical Involvement:
