Turner Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Maintenance Business Assistant for a 90-day temporary assignment supporting operations at our client’s Goldrush mine site. Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and manage daily time entry for maintenance crews
- Perform data entry for completed Work Orders in SAP
- Organize, scan, and upload documentation into SAP
- Create new Work Orders and follow up on existing ones
- Track Operator Card Pre-Op information using Excel
- Order and manage office supplies as needed
- Assemble and print weekly maintenance packets (Mobile, Fixed, and Electrical teams)
- Take meeting notes and distribute summaries
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support or office coordination (experience in mining or maintenance settings is a plus)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SAP or similar work management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
