Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper/Accountant located in Dallas, TX, with some work from home permissible. The Bookkeeper/Accountant will be responsible for preparing accounting from source documentation, preparing and examining financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Daily tasks include bookkeeping, account reconciliation, payroll processing, and preparing financial statements. The role also involves liaising with clients and providing them with financial advice.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- No degree or CPA required
- Bookkeeping, Account Reconciliation, and Payroll Processing skills
- Experience with Financial Reporting, Budget Preparation, and Financial Analysis preferred
- Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Compliance preferred
- Experience in the accounting industry is preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
