Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking a Program Manager for an upcoming program pending award. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for the client and provide strategic oversight, operational guidance, and leadership to ensure the program’s objectives align with contractual requirements and the client’s mission.
Location: Remote in Tampa, FL Metro Area with some travel to client locations.
What You’ll Do
As the Program Manager, you will engage in:
Leadership and Oversight to manage and oversee all activities related to the client project, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and compliance with all contractual obligations.
Client Relationship Management to act as the primary liaison with the Client Program Manager (PM), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Contracting Officer (CO), maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders.
Program Execution to develop, implement, and manage the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP) in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinate all program-related activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements as outlined in the PWS.
Resource Management to ensure the deployment and retention of qualified personnel to meet the requirements of the project. Address staffing needs and oversee transitions to minimize disruptions.
Reporting and Communication to submit accurate and timely reports, including Monthly Progress Reports, risk assessments, and other deliverables as required. Conduct weekly management meetings with client leadership to discuss progress, issues, and resolutions.
Risk Management to identify and mitigate risks that may impact project performance or compliance with contractual requirements.
Compliance to ensure strict adherence to client’s policies, procedures, and applicable federal regulations, including maintaining independence as defined by the Memorandum of Independence Confirmation.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably with large-scale federal IT or health information systems.
Proven track record of managing hybrid contracts (Firm-Fixed-Price and Time-and-Materials) in the federal sector.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing remote resources.
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or ITIL certification or equivalent is desirable.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems, including legacy solutions and modernization initiatives.
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project and Agile methodologies.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
