Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our Operations Director and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role will include conducting location compliance checks, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, and facilitating communication between departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Director, including managing schedules, filing, and maintaining records.
- Conduct regular location compliance checks to ensure all sites meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate operational projects by tracking timelines and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and problem-solving.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational processes, compliance reports, and internal records.
- Assist with planning company events, meetings, and special functions.
- Support additional operational tasks as needed to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role (compliance experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with compliance standards and processes is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of a computer and office equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and travel between locations as needed.
· A minimum of one year of sobriety, if there is a personal history of substance abuse
