Responsibilities :

Due to extensive organic growth, this reputable high-end kitchen and bath company is looking for a seasoned Lead Sales Project Manager with experience in the kitchen and bath industry! This person will play a key role in the overall success and growth.

Their Lead Sales Project Manager assists retail customers with the planning, budgeting, selection and purchase of their kitchen remodeling projects. You would also be teamed up with a Creative Director who will assist you throughout the entire sales process and in completing and managing all of the project paperwork.

We are looking for strong salespeople who are able to utilize their communication, outgoing personality, a sharp eye for high-end design, and relationship-building skills during and after the sales process. If you love to sell, communicate, coordinate, and interact with people to create their dream kitchen and / or bathroom space, then this position is for you! Compensation package includes the potential to make $100K

Requirements :

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications :

• Must have over 3 years of related experience in the Kitchen and Bath Industry
• Closing a minimum of $750-$1MM in Sales / Year (material and labor combined)
• Kitchen and Bath Sales and Design experience using 20 / 20
• Strong Customer Service skills. Ability to listen and ask accurate questions to generate deep understanding of the clients ideas and vision.
• Ability to work, organize, and prioritize independently
• Leadership qualities, confident, outgoing, empathetic, intuitive, excellent listening skills

Salary : $1,000 - $750,000
