Turning Point USA is seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Influencer Media Manager to oversee our Contributor roster and expanding influencer network. This role bridges talent management, event coordination, and digital strategy — ensuring Contributor obligations are met, Creators are producing content, and strong ties are maintained with Influencers across platforms. The right candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and fully aligned with TPUSA’s mission and values.
Job Description
Turning Point USA is seeking an Influencer Media Manager to oversee the organization’s growing network of social media influencers, the daily management of the TPUSA Contributor roster as well as the expansion of TPUSA’s Content Creator program. This position also includes directly supervising the Influencer Media Administrator to ensure seamless communication and execution across the team.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordinating across multiple departments to ensure all Contributor obligations are completed and properly documented. The Influencer Media Manager will work closely with departments like the National Field Program and Social Media teams to confirm, book, and execute Contributor deliverables such as campus events and social content. Since each Contributor relationship is unique, maintaining thorough notes and clear communication is essential to success in this role.
The Influencer Media Manager will also collaborate with the Public Relations team to ensure that Contributors represent TPUSA through media appearances, when applicable. You will work closely with the Events and Sponsorship teams to coordinate all conference-related logistics. This will include Influencer invitations and coordination, managing on-site contributor-related appearances and obligations, organizing Influencer receptions, and strengthening relationships with a broad network of creators ranging from emerging voices to high-profile figures.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Marketing, Talent Management, or a related field
- 2 years of leadership/management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills — both oral and written
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Deep understanding of TPUSA’s Contributor and Influencer ecosystem
- Ability to cultivate and manage high-profile relationships with influencers, creators, and media personalities
- Experience driving cross-departmental collaboration
- High discretion and professionalism when interacting with top-tier talent
- Problem-solver with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
